Had a great experience with Kerree from this shop. Made my night for reminding me I have a birthday voucher that expires soon - some people won't even bother but she made that one extra little thing, makes a whole lot of difference in customer service. Thanks Kerree you made my night!

Clothing is lovely, shame the staff totally ignored me!! They were more interested in dressing the mannequin, don’t discriminate because of age girls.

My Mum absolutely loves this store. Makes her feel glamorous. Prices are reasonable. Staff usually quite friendly.

Tried on a size 14 dress here, when I went to go purchase the dress I noticed the dress had a stain on it so the manager swapped it for what I thought was the same size dress. Got home and put it on for an event I was going to in the next hour and it was quite tight. Had obviously taken the tag off because I’d already tried the 14 on and it fit perfectly in store, didn’t think there would be any issues once home. Checked the tag and it said size 14! Had no choice but to wear the dress because I had and an engagement photoshoot. Couple days later I checked the how to wash tag on the inside and noticed that was a size 12. No wonder it was tight. Called the store and spoke with Gemma who said I could get a refund. Went back to the store and I was offered a store credit, but told I shouldn’t have worn it if it was tight? Not once did they apologise for the inconvenience just told me ‘next time don’t take the tag off’. What don’t you understand? I took the tag off because it fit in store, I assumed that I could trust in the sizing on the tag. Clearly a forever new error but no apology. Just constant rebuttal for what I should have done differently. Grateful for the gift card but not the attitude/response from the manager. Perhaps you should educate yourself on customer service.

One the best and helpful forever new store ,I talked to Vivian about few enquire and she was really politely , patiently helped me out.Also she was wonderful person as a store manager and customer service.She checked every stores and online to help me to find my size.In fact was very happy to shop from their store.

Love this store, clothing for the young and not so young, you are sure to find something here that you will love, as I always do and the clothing I buy from there, usually becomes my favorite pieces

I want to share my experience I just had in this shop !I was looking for a last minute gift for my partner and as a man I didn't know where to start so the fantastic two ladies, working there, gave me a huge help in finding the right dress ! Extremely polite and helpful ! Sorry I don't know your names but thank you again!

Lovely friendly service sizes are true to au sizing

Nice store, professional staff. Is on the small side so limited sizes for people on either end of the sizing spectrum.
